¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup carrots, peeled, grated

2 cups our

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

15 minutes • makes 36 servings

Place the dough hook in the bowl and add all

the ingredients. Blend on 1 just until combined.

Do not over-mix. Drop the batter by teaspoons

onto a cookie sheet that has been lightly coated

with cooking spray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
